The Deacon Board: Hospitality & Welfare Ministry of Life Renewal Charismatic Church (LRCC) is a ministry of service dedicated to expressing the love of Christ through care, compassion, and practical support. This ministry exists to ensure that members, guests, and families within the church community are cared for with dignity, warmth, and excellence.
Guided by biblical principles of service and stewardship, the Deacon Board oversees the church’s hospitality and welfare needs, supporting both spiritual leadership and the congregation. The ministry plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and responding to the practical needs that arise within the church body.

The responsibilities of the Deacon Board – Hospitality & Welfare include:

• Providing hospitality through visitations and reaching out through phone calls
• Caring for members and families in times of need (Sickness, Bereavement, etc.)
• Coordinating welfare support with discretion and compassion
• Assisting leadership in maintaining order, care, and unity within the church
• Ensuring that support is offered in a manner that reflects Christ’s love
• This ministry operates with integrity, confidentiality, and a servant’s heart, recognizing that caring for people is central to the mission of the Church. Members of the Deacon Board serve faithfully to strengthen the church community and uphold the values of love, generosity, and mutual support.
