The Women’s Ministry of Life Renewal Charismatic Church (LRCC) is known as Women of Ideal Attitude (WOIA). This ministry is dedicated to empowering, equipping, and transforming women to walk confidently in their God-given identity, purpose, and calling.
WOIA exists to build women into strong mothers, supportive wives, effective leaders, and women of value, grounded in faith and godly character. Through biblical teaching, mentorship, fellowship, and practical life application, the ministry helps women develop the right attitude for every season of life as they pursue excellence and fulfill their destiny.
A core focus of Women of Ideal Attitude is mentorship, raising women who are equipped to guide, support, and inspire the next generation. The ministry intentionally invests in developing women who can serve as positive role models and mentors to young women, offering wisdom, encouragement, and spiritual guidance.
Women of Ideal Attitude is a welcoming and nurturing community where women grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally, while discovering their value and purpose in Christ. Lives are being strengthened, confidence is being restored, and women are rising to make a meaningful impact in their homes, the church, and society.
